Transform your property into a show-stopping space with our expert staging services. Whether you're preparing a vacant or occupied home for sale, we offer tailored solutions to meet your needs.
VACANT HOME OPTIONS
This service is for clients with vacant homes that are ready to sell. We will move in all the furnishings, lifestyle accessories, artwork and soft goods (textiles, bedding, accent pillows) to create a welcoming space that will be attractive to buyers.
FULL STAGE
The entire home will be staged.

PARTIAL STAGE
Specific rooms you want highlighted will be staged, in most cases this is the living room, main bedroom, dining room, kitchen, and home office.

LIGHT STAGE
Less than a partial stage, but more than an accessories stage.
WHAT DO OUR CONSULTATIONS
LOOK LIKE?
FULL CONSULT
This option is a 1-2 hour(s) in home consultation, where we look at the house through a buyer's eyes. Knowing the real estate market and what buyers are looking for, we identify areas that buyers may object too!
WALK AND TALK
This option is a DIY (DO-IT-YOURSELF) walk through with clients. The designer comes in and suggests room-by-room recommendations, showing what can be done with small adjustments. This is a great way to have a professional help pull your home together before it hits the market!

COLOR CONSULT
Working with color can be very overwhelming and take several trips to the paint store. Let us create cohesive color palettes for you; to work with the current market lifestyle. We offer exterior & interior color spaces.
OCCUPIED HOME OPTIONS
This service is for clients who are still living in the residence, while the home is on the market. We will provide a room-by-room walk through with the seller, realtor, and designer.

PARTIAL STAGE
This will be a combination of seller and stager furniture and accessories.

RE-DESIGN STAGE
A designer will come in and rearrange the sellers own furniture only.

ACCESSORIES ONLY STAGE
This stage consists of bringing in props allocated to each room. Your furniture is still in place, but we bring in specific items to elevate the space.
